I see you. You’re safe here. Let’s walk together.
I’m a Christian licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 102384) based in Westlake Village, California, and my heart beats for generational healing rooted in faith.
My mother was raised by a woman in an arranged marriage who never wanted to be a wife or a mother—yet had 18 children.
That legacy of emotional absence and unhealed pain was passed down like an invisible thread.
My mother struggled with mental illness and rage. I learned to protect my siblings, to manage the home, and to stay small to survive.
For years, I believed I wasn’t nurturing enough—that I might become what hurt me.
But God showed me the truth: I wasn’t broken, I was becoming.
Through faith, therapy, and deep inner work, I became the mother I never had to ten beautiful children.
Now, I help women (and men) do the same. As a psychotherapist and Concierge Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP), I guide clients beyond surface-level coping into transformational healing.
Whether you’re stuck in anxiety, trauma, depression, or spiritual disconnection, I create a grace-filled space to access your inner wisdom and rewrite your story from the inside out.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms. It’s about uncovering the truth God already knows about you—and learning to trust your voice, your body, and your healing.
Outside the office, I serve as Board Chair for Childhood Matters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the mental health of children. I’m also a proud Costa Rican woman, living and working by the rhythm of Pura Vida—a life of joy, simplicity, faith, and connection.
If you’re ready to stop believing the lies and live in the truth of who God created you to be—I’d be honored to walk with you.
In January 2017, my world nearly shattered. My oldest son found his brother's suicide note, left on top of the washing machine.
My 17-year-old son, Kenny, who often said, "This world is not fantasy. I don't belong here," had decided to end his life by jumping from a freeway overpass.
Kenny lives with autism. Every day felt like a battle to fit into a world that never made space for him.
He was isolated, overwhelmed, and silently tormented.
As he stood on that bridge, asking God if this was the right thing to do,
his siblings, by divine timing, saw him and intervened.
At the time, I shared an office with Dr. Bhasin of PointKetamine.
When Kenny was released from a psychiatric hold, I scheduled his ketamine treatments immediately.
What followed was nothing short of miraculous.
Kenny began to see himself differently.
The darkness started to lift.
Witnessing that transformation changed me forever.
It showed me that healing doesn’t always take years—sometimes, we just need the right door to open.
Following this experience, Dr. Bhasin invited me to work with his patients, recognizing the powerful integration of psychotherapy with ketamine treatment.
Witnessing this work firsthand with my own son solidified my calling..
And ignited my passion to bring this life-changing work to the women I serve.
Women stuck in pain.
Women afraid they’ll never break the cycle.
Women who feel like they’ve tried everything and are still hurting.
My deepest prayer is this:
That every woman I work with will come home to herself.
That she will know—deep in her bones—that she is a gift from God..
That her pain is not the end of her story.I
