HOME /rates & insurance

I want every woman, mother, and man I serve to feel supported, informed, and empowered from the very beginning.
Below you’ll find clear information about my fees, the insurance plans I accept, and how billing works for both traditional talk therapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I am currently in-network with:
Gold Coast Health Plan
Optum / UnitedHealthcare
If you would like to use your in-network benefits, I can bill these plans directly. Your copay, coinsurance, or deductible (if applicable) is due at the time of service.
Private Pay (If Not Using Insurance)
Standard 50-minute therapy session: $250
Payment methods accepted: debit/credit card, HSA/FSA card, check, or cash.
Some clients choose private pay for reasons such as:
Increased privacy and confidentiality
Longer-term consistency without insurance interruptions
Support not limited by insurance requirements or diagnostic labels.
Greater flexibility in treatment style
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, I’m always happy to guide you.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotheraphy Rates
KAP is a deeper, extended therapeutic experience that goes far beyond a standard 50-minute session. Each treatment includes preparation, administration, therapeutic support throughout the journey, monitoring, and integration.
Pricing varies depending on the frequency and structure of your treatment plan. All details are provided during your consultation.
Superbill for Reimbursement
If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible to receive 30–80% reimbursement for out-of-network services, depending on your benefits.
You will receive a detailed Superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, check, credit card, or HSA/FSA card.
Why Private Pay?
Choosing private pay for KAP allows you to receive:
Treatment decisions made between you and your provider, not your insurance company
True privacy and confidentiality
Freedom to receive care without adding a diagnosis to your medical record.
Therapy, especially deep work like KAP, flourishes when it is not limited by insurance constraints.
