Faith informed therapy

Your faith matters to you.
It belongs in the room.

Therapy that honors what you believe without telling you what to believe.

For many women, faith is not separate from healing. It is woven into how they understand themselves, how they make sense of pain, and how they find their way through. And yet many therapy spaces ask you to set that aside at the door.

Here, your faith is welcome. You lead. You bring what matters to you and we work with it, not around it.

This is not therapy that imposes a spiritual framework. It is therapy that makes room for yours.

What this looks like in practice

You bring your whole self.
We work with all of it.

Faith informed therapy does not follow a script. It follows you. Your beliefs, your language, your understanding of healing — they are all welcome here and they shape the work we do together.

You lead

Your beliefs shape the conversation

You decide how much or how little your faith is part of the work. There is no script, no imposed framework, no assumption about what your spiritual life should look like.

Clinically grounded

Faith and psychology working together

This is licensed, evidence based therapy. Your faith is honored as a source of strength and resilience, not treated as something separate from your mental health.

All are welcome

Whatever your background or belief

You do not have to belong to a particular tradition to work here. If faith is part of how you understand the world, there is a place for it in this room.

For women and moms

Healing that honors
both your heart
and your faith.

Many of the women I work with carry wounds from their childhood alongside a deep faith that has sustained them. Sometimes those two things feel in tension. Sometimes the wounds make it hard to receive what their faith tells them is true about who they are.

Therapy can be the place where those two things stop fighting each other. Where healing and belief are not in conflict but are working together toward the same wholeness.

For moms specifically, faith informed therapy offers a space to look honestly at the patterns you are passing on and ask what you want to do differently — rooted in the values that matter most to you.

Faith informed pre-marital counseling

Building your marriage
on the foundation
that matters most to you.

Pre-marital counseling is not just conflict prevention. It is an investment in understanding each other deeply before life gets complicated. For couples whose faith is central to their relationship, it is also a chance to talk honestly about how that faith will shape your marriage, your family, and the home you are building together.

Using the SYMBIS Assessment, we explore the values, expectations, and histories each of you brings — and help you build something strong from the very beginning. Sessions can be woven with faith for couples whose spirituality is central to their relationship. All backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.

All backgrounds welcome

You do not have to share a particular faith tradition to benefit from this work. What matters is that you are building something together with intention.
